ED Products recently engaged Creative Manufacturing Solutions to execute a teamwork meeting at our facility in St. Catharines. This was a business process flow mapping exercise involving our senior management group. Robert Jolliffe facilitated the meeting, and introduced us to the Theory of Constraints Thinking Process using the Current Reality Tree concept.
I'd like everyone to join us in welcoming Anita Roussy both to Kitchener and to Creative.
Anita was an employee some years ago, and took the past few years off to start her own business with her husband. Living the ups and downs of your own business isn't for everyone, and so she has rejoined the crew here. Anita will be concentrating on Dynamics GP as well as Visual Manufacturing both assisting with implementation and training activities as well as some sales and marketing.
