Creative is pleased to announce our partnering with Microsoft to sell and service the Microsoft Dynamics product line, and in particular the Dynamics GP ERP. We are excited about the opportunities for Dynamics over the next several years, and believe the GP product specifically is an excellent fit for the modern Ontario manufacturing and distribution customer base
Dynamics GP is well known for both its financial product line as well as the extensive availability of add-on products currently in the market for the product. Microsoft has encouraged and assisted companies in developing add-on products for GP through their SDK (Software Development Kits) tools and ISV (Integrated Software Vendor) programs. This makes GP an excellent fit for Creative, as we have always focused on third party enhancements for the products we service. GP is well known for it's strong financial and distribution modules. The product is well positioned in many verticals which are outside the standard manufacturing vertical that Creative is known so well in. In addition Dynamics GP is very well suited to assembly, repetitive and build to order based manufacturing. Over the next several years as Ontario manufacturing recovers we expect the assembly to order style manufacturer to form the core of the new industrial base here. GP has strong outside service support, multi-level bills of material, multiple routings and BOM per part, Lot and Serial control and many other features that make it a strong manufacturing ERP system.
