We are Creative Manufacturing Solutions Inc, a Visual Manufacturing software tools developer and managed services IT company.  We are a direct partner of Opticca, a Visual Manufacturing reseller located in Montreal, Quebec.  As of April, 2010 our Visual Manuacturing related consulting and service operations have merged with and operate under the Opticca name.  Now working with Opticca, we are continuing our committment to the LEAN manufacturing model and much of our work has revolved around making Visual more LEAN friendly. We have been providing Visual Manufacturing IT services to the Visual community for 11 years, we are the moderators and originators of the VMIUG-Tech user community and we have provided high quality consulting and training services for many years.  Our consultants have an excellent relationship with Infor tech support (they know us well) and provide us with a premium level of support.

As part of Opticca, the service, training and consulting component of organization is now part of an official Infor partner and as such as more direct access to training on the newest products, direct access to support and access to Infor services.

Our technology staff have performed scores of Visual version and database upgrades, both the IT component (ie: installing the servers like Windows Server 2008 and setting up the networking components) as well as the Visual portion (now part of the Opticca organization, such as upgrading SQL, migrating databases, upgrading visual versions, modifying and updating Crystal and Access reports etc…).

We are located in the Golden Triangle area of South Western Ontario.  Creative has achieved a Microsoft Competency in Networking Infrastructure Solutions and Advanced Network Infrastructure Solutions.  Our main office is located in Waterloo Region.  In addition we have remote offices in Toronto and Hamilton.
