The Creative Remote Control tool allows Creative staff to assist customers with technical problems remotely, by taking control of their PC. The tool cannot be activated without the customer's assistance - and is deleted from your system once the session is ended. The remote control session is completely temporary and cannot be restarted without the customer intervening.
