The project that we undertook with Creative was to upgrade our NT 4.0 domain to Windows Server 2003 over the course of our summer shutdown. We would start by purchasing a new server that would be for our Oracle database that houses all of our Visual Manufacturing data.
From day one we were treated with complete professionalism and organization. With Rob as project leader we under took the task of upgrading our data base server as well as cleaning up and bringing over our Oracle database. Rob did a wonderful job and over the course of a weekend we had the new server in place.
Then came the task of migrating to a new domain and [Jeremy Kennedy] was a key factor in how smoothly our migration went. He documented and planned everything down to the last detail. He was prompt and reliable and made everything run seamlessly.
I highly recommend Creative for any of your I.T. needs whether it is Visual Manufacturing or Network related. They can take any idea for a project and help mould it into reality. We never had to worry about going to multiple vendors for hardware, software, etc. Rob took care of everything!!
