Creative Manufacturing Solutions Inc. Business Services department is lead by Robert Jolliffe, a veteran Visual Enterprise consultant and database expert. Robert leads a team of business analysts composed of; Jenn Morton whose experience includes strong purchasing, scheduling and planning expertise in manufacturing and Brad Harper who's main focuses are report writing and database administrator. Creative also makes use of 3rd party consultants who supplement our services as a Partner Analyst. Combined, the Business Services department draws on over 35 years of knowledge of the Visual product.
ERP Assessments
An ERP assessment is a process improvement activity offered by Opticca (www.opticca.com) generally engaged by customers to provide a reality check on the functionality of their ERP system, but often offering a broader operational procedure review. With this kind of audit, incremental improvements can be identified which can be implemented quickly with a very high return on investment. These can include immediate training activities, procedure definitions, introduction of simple reports or uncovering unused reports.
